The Pickleball Ontario Board has approved a motion to align our strategic planning cycle with our fiscal year versus the existing practice of calendar year.
Given this change in process, we have updated the existing 2021-2023 strategic plan with a view to our priorities for the remainder of this fiscal year ending in June 2024. We have also provided a report out of accomplishments against the 2021-2023 plan. You can access the details at this link .
A high level overview of the FY25-27 strategic plan effective July 2024 can be accessed here. In the coming months, we will work on building out the operational plan that supports this strategic outline. These details will be shared in future communications.
