Grow The Game

We have earmarked  funds to assist Member Clubs who in turn will work towards helping us …… “Grow our Game”

Please submit a description of the activities your club will be carrying out  between May 1st and December 1, 2026 to help “Grow our Game”

Grow our Game

Pickleball Ontario will assist clubs who in turn are assisting us to “Grow our Game!”

Pickleball Ontario will provide up to $500 per affiliated club for an approved initiative that will work to grow pickleball at the grassroots level. Please take some time to decide what type of event or activity you will plan and implement over the next year that will help grow this great game we love. Each club and community may have different needs and that’s OK, we just want to support in any way that we can.

Submit your idea in writing to apply for funding to assist with submission, include a contact person and contact information, should we have any questions.

As we all know and love this great game of pickleball, the benefits are many and each of us for our own reasons:

  • great physical and mental activity,
  • awesome social interactions….. “you meet the nicest people at the courts!”
  • You can play at whatever level or intensity your desire…..
  • beginner – “what’s the kitchen? I thought this was a game not a cooking show?”
  • novice – learning the game, just out enjoying friendship,
  • intermediate – working on that dink shot, making new friends
  • advanced – I finally have mastered the drop shot, “I love the thrill and excitement of competition”
